  • EZ_money : physical assets

  • Ty ColeOP EZ_money: yes physical assets and I think that is the only way to go

  • EZ_money Ty ColeOP: the elites are pushing on the public digital assets backed up by nothing junk assets because they want all the physical assets to themselves

  • Ty ColeOP : well the billionaires and elites are buying up the physical supplies while the everyday person is buying ETFs or paper contracts. follow the money, what are central banks buying up?

  • EZ_money Ty ColeOP: they have been quietly buying gold and silver in record amounts for the past few years and this should be making people wonder why. China's central banks by far the most gold bought and that's only what they admitted to buying speculation they have many tons more. central banks rule the world do what they do and you won't suffer

  • Ty ColeOP EZ_money: I totally agree with you. I've been buying for some time now and frankly I'm still new at investing but that old saying follow the money sure does help. central banks are theost powerful entity out there. but people really need to think bout Bitcoin and other cryptos. the founder and person who made Bitcoin is a ghost. I think the world government did this, so one day they'll take individual countries and take the people's Bitcoin. then they'll sell them and you'll never know who did it. I maybe crazy to think that but something created out of thin air and easily can be taken out of thin air

  • 10baggerbamm : real assets right so real estate has made more people wealthy in the United States than any other asset oh but wait a second I watch first hand houses in Florida in 2008 go from $400,000 to $170,000. isn't real estate a real asset? well you must hold equity in companies because that's what stays ahead of inflation well we've all seen what happens when there's a rug pulling event and companies get marked down for no fundamental reason other than a rotation within a sector but aren't stocks are real asset. of course there's gold now all the gold bugs have come out of the woodwork and I own gold okay I bought it years and years ago but I don't look at it every day but now everybody is jumping on the bandwagon with gold and copper they're all late to the game you see month and a half ago gold was $1,910 an ounce where were these clowns that are pounding their chest right now back then gold basically went parabolic and gold's going to get marked down. but isn't gold a real asset? the bottom line is it's the old saying be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful. buy when nobody else wants something and be patient because if you're going to chase the momentum at some point in time profit taking comes that's all we're seeing in Bitcoin it's just profit taking and it will resume its upward trend when the week hands sell and the people that have their profits are done and then everybody that took the loss will kick themselves in 6 months or a year or whatever time frame it is when calmer heads prevail. the US dollar is cooked that's your preservation of value that's what you use everyday to buy and sell goods.. but it's down over 90% in value since the 1970s through printing of money inflation.. panicking is the worst thing you can do to make a decision

  • 10baggerbamm : if you can't stomach the volatility and can't sleep at night then you bought too much that's your first lesson that you need to learn and investing.. and I've been there done that bought the T-shirt a few times over so I speak from first hand flip flopping like a fish out of water. risk and return have a direct correlation keep that in mind if you can't stomach the volatility then you need to change your investment strategy and buy something like a utility stock. everybody hates them now they're down 30% as a sector why because interest rates went up and you can get a treasury for 5% for 3 months so nobody wants utility stocks which means they're deeply discounted they're marked down and risk reward they have very little risk to the downside they pay you your 4% dividend or whatever it is and when interest rates do fall in the next whatever time frame they will have gradual slow appreciation back to the old highs and once they reach their old highs then every expert will be pounding their chest it's time to buy again.. the last bit of advice it's time in the market that makes you money not timing the market. all these flash in a pan gurus be it on this site on TV fast money .. pt 1. of 2

  • 10baggerbamm : pt 2 all the cockroaches that come out of the woodwork on YouTube to try to make a name for themselves my buying system my trading system Facebook all of these pop ups AI trading system 90% effective they're all flashes in the pan and they vanish when the markets correct.. therefore it's the amount of time that you spend in the market where you will make the majority of your returns. I have heard people say how lousy Apple was for 20 years and they're still saying Apple has fundamental problems and it got marked down 20%. I'm not selling my Apple I'm adding to the position on weakness here because I've got the rest of my life to have these brilliant people lead this company and all the other companies that I own and every other investment that I own. so you have to take your ego which a lot of these clowns on this site have and there's one person in particular that's posting constantly living in mommy's basement.. ignore them block them and don't focus on the entertainment focus on the reason why you bought something and made the investment in the first place.
