$Archer Aviation(ACHR.US)$ normally I never say these things because it's absolutely a reason not to own or buy a company ever.. that being said there's no absolutes so here we go.. stalantis which is one of the largest automotive manufacturers in the world they own Jeep for example they have a deal with SoundHound where they're going to be integrating soundhounds true voice into the car so it permits communication for you and your vehicle back and forth on all new model years so there are very forward thinking company from a technology standpoint and if you listen to the CEO last conference call they're expecting to be in the top three in the next 10 years. it's very interesting that they are taking major stakes in Archer. they bought twice this past month in the open market I think what you're looking at here is this company Archer will be acquired by stalantis. I think in the very future how near I don't know I think there's contingencies of FAA approval but I believe that you're going to see stellanis at Archer under their umbrella of companies that they own and I think that they are going to make a cash offer to acquire all remaining shares. I've never said this because I don't believe buying a company thinking it's going to be taken over is a reason you have to buy on fundamentals but for me the writing is on the wall here it's very transparent it's delanis is buying in the open market big positions they plan for the future and I think they see flying vehicles as part of their portfolio of products that they're going to be selling
