To support you in staying informed and proactive against fraud, we've launched a "Fraud Prevention" feature. It's designed to be user-friendly, offering tools and assistance for reporting suspicious activities, staying up-to-date with alerts, and learning how to prevent fraud.
Report Fraud:
If you encounter suspicious activities that you believe may be fraudulent, you can report them by visiting "Me > Fraud Prevention > Report Fraud". This feature is available for concerns both within and outside the Moo community. We encourage you to report any unauthorized communications, such as calls or messages that impersonate moomoo or illegitimately propose stock recommendations in our name.

In this section, we will post updates related to fraud prevention, which cover fraudulent information from external sources (like entities impersonating moomoo) and internal fraud alerts (such as stock promoters). You can access the latest updates and warnings on fraud prevention to help keep you informed and protected against fraud.
How to protect yourself against fraud:
In this section, you will find resources and tactics regarding anti-fraud. By visiting this section, you can gain access to the latest fraud prevention strategies, which we aim to assist you with in recognizing and deterring possible fraudulent schemes.

MonkeyGee : One of the great concerns I have is that in order to set up direct transfer in Moomoo, you have to disclose your personal bank password to third-party. That breaks all rules on security. Can moomoo do something about it? I can transfer funds between accounts with TD or Etrade just by adding my bank information without disclosing any passwords. thx
