I don't think so. The long term trend is down which is scary but $SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY.US)$ is still in a technical uptrend in the short-term time frame. But yesterdays selling looked scary. But I am in dip buy mode at the moment until we get a real negative catalyst. Until a true negative catalyst happens and the uptrend flips to an obvious downtrend then I will be looking for dips to buy for swing trades. But I am extra cautious this week with the interest rate decision and major earnings reports coming up soon. Either of these could become that negative catalyst to cause some selling. But if Powell is not too hawkish and if earnings don't cause a major sell-off in the markets then I will still feel bullish. The macro environment for this year is much better than last year. If you price in the future like the market does then it would be safe to expect the economy to improve eventually and you will be inclined to buy at these relatively low prices.
