When I opened the newly redeemed Alchemist Figurine, it gave me a shock. This is my first time receiving the figurine with a broken head, aduuuhh.. When I opened the package, something fell out unexpectedly, and I thought it was a cockroach ๐ชณ or spider ๐ท, screamโฆ I didnโt expect this to happen.
Oooh noooo, luckily it is possible to reassemble both head and body without the use of glue (not stable, for temporary solution only). I believe the original glue peeled off (some glue residue), separating the head from the body. ![]()
The head is heavy, I donโt think it is able to support itself well without glue.
After reassembled:
One with the entire set-head attached and another without the head ๐![]()

Nubby : Can ask for replacement. But for my case (old days), it takes more than 10days

My case ended with a 2k points refund (5 working day) as they seem to be reluctant to exchange for a new one & I don't want to waste time on the case (later the exchanged one also is a deficit too...)
