Minority shareholders accepting the tender offer may choose to receive (a) cash of CNY 34 per share, or (b) 10 surviving shares (rather than a combination of the two) as settlement. The tender offer price will not be increased. Assuming all minority shareholders accept the stock offer and choose cash.

On June 17th, 2024, L'OCCITANE informed the board of directors of its intention to exercise this right. In this regard, L'OCCITANE has established a new registered holding company to be used as an offer.
