WMCH GLOBAL (08208) announced that following the passing of a special resolution regarding the proposed change of the company’s name at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on February 27, 2026, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands has issued a Certificate of Change of Name. This confirms that the company’s English name has been changed from 'WMCH Global Investment Limited' to 'Radiance Global Group Holdings Limited.' Additionally, the company has adopted the Chinese dual foreign name 'Yongtong Wanguo Group Holdings Limited,' effective March 2, 2026.

WMCH GLOBAL (08208) issued a profit warning, expecting the net loss after tax for the fiscal year to not exceed approximately SGD 300,000, marking a shift from profit to loss compared to the previous year.

WMCH GLOBAL (08208) announced that the group expects to record a net loss after tax of no more than approximately SGD 300,000, compared to a net profit after tax of approximately SGD 350,000 for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. This decline is mainly due to an increase in service costs of approximately SGD 860,000 in the fiscal year 2025.
