Wuxi Life (08148) announced a profit alert, expecting the net profit attributable to shareholders for the fiscal year 2025 to be no less than approximately HKD 6.5 million, reversing losses from the previous year to achieve profitability.

Wuxi Life (08148) announced that the Group expects to achieve a profit attributable to the owners of the company of no less than approximately HKD 6.5 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 (FY2025), compared to a loss attributable to the owners of the company of approximately HKD 5.5 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 (FY2024). The Board anticipates the transition from loss to profit, with the increase in gross profit primarily attributable to: (i) higher revenue from the software platform business in Hong Kong in FY2025 compared to FY2024; and (ii) increased revenue from the product sales business, advertising e-commerce, and supply chain management services in China in FY2025 compared to FY2024.
