Transfer-In & Get Up to An iPhone 15 Pro Max

Campaign Period

The campaign will commence from 11/4/2024 at 10:00PM SGT and ends on 31/5/2024 at 9:59PM SGT ('Campaign Period').

*Campaign period may be extended subjected to Moomoo SG's discretion.

 

Eligibility

- Only users who initiated transfers after 11 April 2024, 10:00PM SGT are eligible to participate.
- Both new and existing customers of Moomoo Singapore may participate in this transfer activity and are eligible to receive corresponding rewards. 
- New customer: Customers who had no assets in their Moomoo SG Universal Account before 11/4/2024 at 10:00PM SGT.
- Existing customer: Customers who had assets in their Moomoo SG Universal Account before 11/4/2024 at 10:00PM SGT.
- Users who have yet to transfer-in/ out before 11/4/2024 at 10:00PM SGT.
- Customers who have not withdrawn before transferring-in before 11/4/2024 at 10:00PM SGT.
- Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for this activity.

 

Reward Eligibility

Customers who successfully transfer[1] in eligible assets to Moomoo SG are eligible to receive the following rewards:

  • Transfer fee subsidy capped at S$200 (Please see FAQ no. 7.)

  • More details of new user rewards may be found HERE.

  • More details of existing user rewards may be found HERE.

  • Each user may only enjoy 1 of the following rewards listed in the table below.

  • Should the user transfer-in less than S$5,000, he/ she may only qualify for the transfer fee subsidy.

  • Transfer-in amount/ reward is non-stackable.

Reward

 

Initiate a transfer of at least S$5,000.

  • Get a S$60 stock cash coupon.

Initiate a transfer of at least S$10,000.

  • Get a S$200 stock cash coupon.

Initiate a transfer of at least S$50,000.

  • Get a S$400 stock cash coupon.

Initiate a transfer of at least S$200,000.

  • Get an iPhone 15 Pro Max (256 GB).

 

[1] Please note that if the transfer is involved in margin financing and/or short options, your transfer application has to pass/fulfill our margin requirement in order to proceed. For failed transfer-in, you will not be eligible for the activity rewards.

Asset frozen/maintenance period is considered from the time rewards are credited into the Moomoo SG Universal account.

The transfer amount is based on the market value of assets at the time of initiation of the transfer.
Only long positions in stocks (HK/ US/ SG stocks) are eligible for transfer rewards, short positions are not supported for transfer.
Based on the exchange rate on 29 February 2024, the USD to SGD exchange rate is 1.34.

 

FAQs

  1. How do I redeem my rewards?

  • After your first transfer reaches the respective tier amount, you need to return to the event page and click the "Claim Now" button. The reward will be issued under " My Rewards". However, the reward issued is frozen and you're required to maintain the asset for at least 90 days without withdrawing it in order to unfreeze and, successfully claim your reward. Otherwise, you will not qualify for the reward.

  • In the meantime, the rewards will be in a frozen state and you are required to maintain at least 90 days before they can be unfrozen and claimed. Otherwise, you will not qualify to claim your reward.

 

  1. How many rewards can I claim?

  • Each user may only claim 1 reward out of the 4 options depending on the amount of the initiated transfer.

 

  1. If I initiate a transfer of less than S$5,000, will I still be eligible for any of the rewards if I transfer more after the 1st initial transfer to top up to S$5,000/ S$10,000/ S$50,000/ S$200,000?

  • No, you will not qualify for the reward if you transfer more to top up to the above qualifying amount.

  • However, you will still be able to enjoy the transfer fee subsidy capped at S$200 which is only valid for the first-initial transfer.

 

  1. If I previously transferred funds to Moomoo SG, could I enjoy this promotion?

  • Unfortunately no, the promotion is only valid for new/ existing users who have never transferred-in funds from other brokerages to Moomoo SG, never transferred-out funds from Moomoo SG, or have participated in the previous transfer-in event.

 

  1. How many days must I maintain my assets to claim my reward?

  • You must maintain your respective assets for at least 90 days in order to qualify for the respective rewards.

 

  1. How can I redeem my iPhone 15 Pro Max (256GB)?

  • If you transfer an amount exceeding S$200,000 for the first time from another brokerage to Moomoo SG, you may go to the activity page and click on the "Claim Now" button. The system will issue a virtual reward representing an iPhone 15 Pro Max (256GB) to the reward center in the moomoo app.

  • Once you maintain your asset of S$200,000 or more for over 90 days, you can then visit the reward center in the app again and click on the "Fill in Information" button in the reward section to provide your contact details. Upon 7 working days upon completing the form, our staff will contact you to claim your iPhone 15 Pro Max (256GB).

 

  1. How is the transfer fee subsidised?

  • Upon successful transfer of eligible assets to Moomoo SG, please submit a request to our client service team at clientservice@sg.moomoo.com with your statement of account of the outside broker for the transfer fee.

  • The subsidy will be issued to the user's Moomoo SG universal account within 15 working days in the form of cash coupons. Moomoo SG will subsidise the expenses deducted from the original brokerage firm due to the transfer, up to a maximum of S$200.

  • Transfers from brokerage firms under Futu Holdings to Moomoo Singapore will not be eligible for transaction fees subsidies.

 

Conditions and Disclaimers

  1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.

  2. Moomoo SG reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

  3. Currently, Moomoo SG limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

  4. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

  5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

  6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

  7. In Singapore, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a dealer licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Moomoo SG is a licensed entity registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) (License No..CMS101000). Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners.   11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
