The company disclosed that a total of 1.611 billion rights issue shares were received, accounting for about 80.53% of the maximum number of shares available for subscription. Last month, the company announced plans to issue shares at a 17.6% premium. As of press time, Zhifu resources investment rose 36.14% to 0.113 Hong Kong dollars, with a turnover of 10 million Hong Kong dollars.
After trading on April 8, Zhifu Resources Investment (00007) announced that all the conditions contained in the prospectus had been met and a total of 1.611 billion rights issue shares had been received, accounting for about 80.53% of the maximum number of shares available for subscription. The net proceeds from this rights issue are about HK $159.6 million, which will be used to repay part of the group's loans.
On March 17 this year, the company disclosed the rights issue announcement and planned to issue shares to all shareholders on a 2-to-1 basis, raising a maximum of HK $200 million and a subscription price of HK $0.10 per share, a premium of 17.6% over the latest closing price on the day of the announcement.
