[Caihua News] the Dragon King Group (08493.HK) announced that on January 6, 2022, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange setting out the following guidelines for the resumption of trading in shares:
(I) publish all unannounced financial results and handle any audit revisions as required by the GEM listing rules; (ii) certify that the company complies with Rule 17.26 of the GEM listing rules; and (iii) demonstrate that there are no reasonable regulatory concerns about the integrity and ability of management and / or anyone who has a significant influence on the management and operation of the company, which poses risks to investors and undermines market confidence. (iv) re-complies with rules 5.05 (1), 5.05 (2) and 5.28 of the GEM listing rules; and (v) publishes all material information for the Company's shareholders and investors to assess the company's condition.
If the situation of the company changes, the Stock Exchange may revise or supplement the guidelines for resumption of trading.
In accordance with Rule 17.26A of the GEM listing rules, the company is required to publish quarterly updates on its progress, including its business operations, the resumption plan, the progress of the implementation of the resumption plan and any material changes to the resumption plan. The first quarterly update will be released on or before February 10, 2022, and further quarterly updates will be issued every 3 months from that date until the listing is resumed or delisted, whichever is the earlier.
Trading in the Company's shares has been suspended on the Stock Exchange with effect from 09:00 on 11 November 2021 and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
