On January 4, 2022 (that is, the maturity date of the loan), the Company has repaid the full principal of the loan to the lender Yi Finance Limited of HK $15 million, together with all accrued interest and all mortgages in favour of the lender of the loan (including the security provided by the grantor Yongda Holdings Limited and the guarantee provided by Wang Jianqing) will be discharged in accordance with the terms of the relevant financing documents.
