Due to its own operational needs, Wenzhou Outai plans to reduce its holdings through bulk transactions, with a cumulative reduction of no more than 4.7951 million shares, that is, no more than 3.00% of the company's total share capital.
Among them, the reduction of holdings through bulk trading will be carried out within 3 months after the date of disclosure of this reduction plan, and the reduction period will be from December 30, 2021 to March 29, 2022, and within any 60 consecutive days, the total number of reduced shares shall not exceed 3196766 shares, that is, no more than 2 per cent of the total shares of the company.
