The Henglong Group (00010.HK) and Hang Lung Properties (00101.HK) have developed 25 sustainable development targets to be achieved by the end of 2025, covering the four priority issues focused by the Henglong Sustainable Development Framework, including tackling climate change, resource management, well-being and sustainable trading.
This year, the company added annual strategic ESG key performance indicators linked to departmental and employee performance evaluations, while setting greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for 2025 and 2030, and greenhouse gas emission reduction plans for next year; conducting the first employee satisfaction survey; obtaining sustainable finance accounting for 30% of total debt and available credit lines; and developing detailed methods for tracking the company's sustainable development expenditure. And identify 16 sustainable development improvements for adoption by new projects.
