He said that the delivery service will be extended under its own brand “Fast Green Delivery”. It is planned to start a strategic cooperation with Lalamove by the end of this month. The service is available at some stores first, with all stores expected to be launched in the first quarter of next year. Tsui Wah also plans to launch its own take-away brand “Quick Send” website, allowing customers to choose their menu online and then deliver to their homes, hoping to attract more customers.

Lee believes that technology needs to be used in the catering industry. BTW restaurant has introduced robots to deliver food. In the future, it depends on the size of stores and determines whether to use robots in other stores. As for buffet order in Hong Kong and China, after trial trial at BTW restaurants, I would like to extend to all restaurants in the long run.

In terms of shop opening, Mr Lee Yuen Hong, Chairman and Executive Director of Tsui Wah, mentioned that the total number of stores currently has more than 80 stores, similar to 2019, the operating policy has not changed, but will adjust the distribution of stores and carefully open new stores.

He said, considering that shop rents are falling, he plans to set up three additional stores in the first quarter of next year and refers to the “Tsui Wah” brand as the main body, emphasizing that Tsui Wah will not downgrade the “Tsui Wah” brand due to side expansion.
