03860.HK announced that as Zhonghui Anda does not have internal resources to cope with the future business development of the Group, Zhonghui Anda has resigned as auditor of the company, effective December 16, 2021.
In view of the resignation of Zhonghui Anda, on the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint KPMG as the new auditor of the company with effect from 16 December 2021 to fill the temporary vacancy after the resignation of Zhonghui Anda, and hold office until the end of the next annual general meeting of the company.
