Mingyang Circuit (300739.SZ) announced that in order to improve the layout of the industrial chain, promote the transformation of industry-university-research technological achievements, excavate and cultivate high-quality projects in the market, the company plans to participate in the subscription of 10 million yuan of fund shares in the form of transfer shares for Shenzhen National Kejia and Strategic emerging Industries Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Fund" or "Guoke Jiahe"). After the completion of the transfer, the company holds a 20% share of the fund.
This cooperation with professional institutions to subscribe for the share of investment funds will help to integrate the high-quality resources of both sides, incubate and export key scientific research achievements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences system, and further enhance the overall competitiveness of the company.
The fund mainly invests in strategic emerging industries, future industries and other key industries developed by the municipal government that Shenzhen supports and encourages. Specifically, it invests in emerging industries such as semiconductors, new generation information technology, new materials, intelligent manufacturing and so on. The total contribution of the fund is 50 million yuan, all of which are contributed in cash.
