("Dafang Xuerong"), a holding subsidiary of the company, plans to use part of its production equipment and facilities to carry out financial leasing transactions with far East International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. ("far East International"). The total amount of financial leases does not exceed RMB 80 million, and the financing period is 36 months.
Chengdu Xueguo Gaorong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("Chengdu Xuerong"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to use part of its production equipment and facilities to carry out financial leasing transactions with far East Hongxin Pratt & Whitney Financial Leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. ("far East Hongxin"). The total amount of financial lease does not exceed RMB 10 million and the financing period is 36 months.
The company agrees to provide joint and several liability guarantee for the above-mentioned business. In order to facilitate the smooth financial leasing transaction of the company, the board of directors authorizes the chairman of the board of directors to handle all matters related to the financial leasing transaction on behalf of the company within the approved amount.
