Zhitong Financial App News, Acer Capital (02288) announced interim results for the six-month period ended September 30, 2021, the company realized income of HK $73.833 million, down 51% from the same period last year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK $6.602 million, down 80% from the same period last year; earnings per share were HK1.8 cents.
According to the announcement, the decrease in profit was mainly due to the sharing of losses incurred by the JV Company during the period and the lack of one-time gains arising from the sale of an interest in a subsidiary during the period ended September 30, 2020.
