08527.HK announced that the board of directors of the company was informed that Ms. Liu Wanzhen (chairman of the board of directors, executive director and controlling shareholder of the company) had sold a total of 40 million shares in the share capital of the company to the purchaser on November 24, 2021.
Upon completion of the sale, the buyer holds 40 million shares (i.e. 8.00% of the total issued share capital of the company). The controlling shareholder will hold 219.5 million shares of the company (that is, the total issued share capital of the company is 43.90%). After the sale, the controlling shareholder of the company remains unchanged. The board of directors is of the view that the business focus or strategic direction of the company will not change after the completion of the sale.
