Beijing Gas Blue Sky (06828.HK) announced that it will stop selling a 30 per cent stake in Ningbo Beilun Bochen Energy Trade, Huzhou Bochen Natural Gas and Zhejiang Boxin Energy to SK Energy, South Korea's largest integrated energy and chemical company.
The company means that due to the performance conditions stipulated in the original contract and significant changes in the market, the parties have agreed not to carry out the transactions to be carried out respectively under the equity transfer agreement, the joint venture agreement and the LNG agreement. The termination of the Agreement will not have any material adverse impact on the Group's business operations and financial position.
