DJ Apeiron Capital Investment Corp. Lowers Size of Planned IPO

Blank-check company Apeiron Capital Investment Corp. on Friday decreased the size of its initial public offering, saying it now plans to offer 15 million units at $10 per unit.

Previously, the company said it would offer 20 million units at $10 each.

The company said "we intend to focus our search on companies in the financial technology, media, gaming and financial services, and in the wealth-advisory and asset-management industries with an enterprise value between $500 million to $1.5 billion."

The company also said it applied to list its units on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "APN U."
