Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. said Tuesday that it has appointed Mark Wall as president and chief executive officer, effective Nov. 15.
The Canadian diamond company said Mr. Wall brings with him over 25 years of experience in diverse roles across the mining industry, most recently as CEO of a subsidiary of Hong Kong listed Shandong Gold Mining, Streamers Gold Mining.
Prior to that, Mr. Wall held the role of chief commercial officer then chief operating officer for TSX-listed Nevada Copper Corp., and was also senior vice president and operations officer for Barrick Gold Corp.
