* OUTOKUMPU INCREASES ITS FINANCIAL TARGET ON EBITDA RUN-RATE IMPROVEMENT

* INCREASES ITS INITIAL EBITDA RUN-RATE IMPROVEMENT TARGET FROM EUR 200 MILLION TO EUR 250 MILLION

* DELEVERAGING ALSO CONTINUES THROUGH FIRST PHASE OF STRATEGY BEYOND INITIAL LEVERAGE TARGET.
