China Finance Online Co Ltd, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) according to the supervision service platform of key projects in Shandong Province, the public publicity system of Jinan Natural Resources and Planning Bureau recently announced the design plan of the construction project (phase I) of Jinan Fudi Industrial Park. The construction unit is Jinan Fudi Battery Co., Ltd.
Jinan Fudi Battery Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinan Fudi") was established in August this year, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, which belongs to the automobile manufacturing industry. Jinan Fudi is 100% owned by Fudi Industrial Co., Ltd., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Byd Company Limited Co., Ltd.
The Jinan Fudi Industrial Park project announced by the plan is located in Xuzhai District of Jinan High-tech Zone, east of Tianxing Road, west of Tianxing East Road, north of Jiang Xu Road and south of Planning Road No. 3, with a land area of about 40 hectares and an industrial nature. The overall planning of the project is implemented in stages, with a total construction area of 236285.65 square meters, including 233885.65 square meters above ground and 2400 square meters underground. The planning and layout includes 3 factory buildings, 1 power station, 2 electrolyte supporting rooms, 1 waste warehouse, 2 auxiliary material silos, 1 water pump house and underground pool, 4 dormitories and 1 canteen, a total of 15 buildings.
Recently, BYD has laid out frequently in Jinan. First, the New Energy Battery Company and the Semiconductor Company were established in Jinan at the end of August this year. The former's business scope includes battery manufacturing and battery sales, while the latter's business covers the manufacture and sales of semiconductor discrete devices, integrated circuit chips and product sales, and so on. Then, on September 23, BYD established Jinan BYD Automobile Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes auto parts and accessories manufacturing, new energy vehicle sales, auto parts research and development, and so on.
Within 40 days, three companies have been set up in a row, and the business covers power batteries, semiconductors, new energy vehicles and other areas, or BYD will build Jinan into an important production base of a weather vane.
