12:20 AM EDT, 09/30/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Sun Hing Printing (HKG:1975) booked an increase in profit in the fiscal year ended June 30 as revenue rose 21.9% amid higher earnings from packaging and paper gift set printing services.
Profit attributable to owners of the printing services provider went up to HK$77.8 million ($10 million) from HK$44.9 million a year ago, a late Wednesday filing said. Earnings per share jumped year over year to HK$0.162 from HK$0.0934.
Revenue improved year over year to HK$380.1 million from HK$311.8 million. Turnover from packaging and paper gift set printing services leapt 5.5% and 90.6%, respectively, to HK$199.8 million and HK$119.6 million.
Sun Hing raised its final dividend per share to HK$0.04 from HK$0.035 a year earlier, payable Dec. 23 to shareholders of record on Dec. 15, subject to shareholders' approval.
