4. On January 18, 2020, Jiang asked Wang for a BMW BWM 7201 em hev, and Wang paid 429000 yuan for the car. Later, Jiang transferred the car to Wang's wife for fear of being investigated.

According to the judgment of the court of first instance, Jiang was sentenced to one year and 10 months in prison and fined 100000 yuan for committing bribes and embezzlement by non-state functionaries.

His accomplice Tong was sentenced to one year in prison, suspended for two years, and fined 50000 yuan.

It is understood that the case was found by three squirrels during internal self-examination, and after investigation and collection of evidence, they reported it to the public security organs.

Three squirrels were founded in 2012, mainly engaged in snacks, nuts and dried fruits and other snack food production and sales, is a well-known domestic snack food brand e-commerce.

In recent years, although the revenue of the three squirrels has increased rapidly, the net profit has stagnated and fallen into the predicament of "increasing income but not increasing profit".

In 2020, although the revenue of the three squirrels decreased, the net profit increased: the revenue was 9.794 billion yuan, down 3.72% from the same period last year; the net profit from attribution was 301 million yuan, up 26.21% from the same period last year; and the non-net profit was deducted from 245 million yuan, up 19.34% from the same period last year. In terms of cash flow, the net cash flow generated by operating activities in 2020 is 1.199 billion yuan, with a net present ratio of nearly 400%. Compared with the net cash flow generated by operating activities in 2019-329 million yuan, the cash flow in 2020 is abundant.

In the first quarter of 2021, the revenue of the three squirrels reached 3.671 billion yuan, an increase of 7.58 percent over the same period last year; the net profit attributed to 315 million yuan, an increase of 67.57 percent over the same period last year; in terms of deducting non-net profit, it reached 278 million yuan in the first quarter, an increase of 50.56 percent over the same period last year.
