Dentsu announces new brand proposition “Innovating to Impact” to the world

The Dentsu Group (brand: “dentsu”; headquarters: Dentsu Group, Inc.; location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; representative: Hiroshi Igarashi, President and Global CEO; hereafter, dentsu) announced a new global brand proposition “Innovating to Impact” for clients on 2024/5/16. This phrase marks a major milestone in Dentsu's 120-year history. This new market-facing brand message represents dentsu's commitment to leveraging the combined power of transformative creativity, media, data, and technology to drive client growth through innovation.

The term “Innovating to Impact” was coined by the collaboration of Dentsu teams around the world. It reflects the idea that dentsu not only promotes business growth, but also strives to produce results that have a positive impact on people, society, and the world.

Hiroshi Igarashi, President and Global CEO of Dentsu Group Inc., said, “Our new brand message declares our unwavering commitment to pursue results and advance innovation for our clients. A creative team led by Dentsu Creative Italy's chief creative officer Riccardo Fregoso led the development of the “Innovating to Impact” tagline and brand manifesto. As for the design of the new brand, a team from Dentsu Inc. led by Executive Creative Director Yagi Yoshihiro, who is one of the creators that has received the most foreign advertising awards in Japan and is also an art director, worked on it by a team of Dentsu Inc. which has also received many awards.
