2. Form and document management solutions

Forms and document management solutions provide the most used software in Japan as a business infrastructure related to forms and solutions based on them, and are used to create, output, and manage forms in various places in society, from business forms such as invoices, delivery notes, shipping slips, e-tickets, etc., to various certificates issued by public institutions. The main force “SVF” is responsible for creating and outputting forms, and currently 85% of form output with “SVF” has been digitized. Together with the document management platform “invoiceAgent,” it has contributed to the promotion of DX in many companies and public institutions.

(a) “SVF”

“SVF,” which is the Group's main product, is a form-based solution for improving the efficiency of form development and responding to various output requirements. Using proprietary software, complex form forms unique to Japan are intuitively designed without programming, and they have high versatility that can be output in various formats to PDF, Excel, paper, etc., and form operation is realized regardless of manufacturer or OS type. Many companies and public institutions utilize multiple systems as common reporting platforms, contributing to improving the efficiency of system operation and strengthening internal control.

In addition to the strengths of conventional “SVF,” in addition to “SVF Cloud,” which is a form cloud service that combines flexibility and real-time performance, they also provide “SVF Cloud for Salesforce” linked to Salesforce.com, which provides SFA services on the cloud, and “SVF Cloud for Kintone,” which is linked to Cybozu (4776), which provides a business platform It's there. By linking with various cloud services using the WEB API function, it flexibly responds to system differences and system changes between companies, and estimates can be output in PDF from a smartphone or tablet even on the go.

(b) “invoiceAgent”

“invoiceAgent” is a software and cloud service that contributes to the automation and efficiency of subsequent operations by digitizing forms distributed by enterprises and public institutions and centrally managing them. The “invoiceAgent” streamlines storage/management operations and distribution of electronic documents, automates data input operations conventionally performed by hand by extracting data from digitized documents and linking them with other business systems, and supports seamless data linkage between systems. Since documents digitized based on rules set by the user can be automatically stored in the corresponding folder in the “invoiceAgent”, operations where the person in charge manually classifies while confirming the contents of the file are unnecessary, and document management man-hours can be reduced. Also, it is compatible with the invoice system introduced in 2023/10 and the revised electronic book storage law enforced in 2024/1, and companies can satisfy these legal requirements by introducing an “invoiceAgent.”
