In order to ensure the normal development of the work of the company's board of directors, the company held the 10th interim meeting of the 8th board of directors on May 15, 2024 to review and pass the bill on “Replacing the Chairman and Legal Representative of the Company”. According to the relevant provisions of the “Company Law” and “Articles of Association”, the board of directors of the company elected director Mr. Wu Rui as the chairman of the 8th board of directors. The term of office begins on the date of review and approval by the company's current board of directors and ends on the date the 8th board of directors expires.
According to Article 8 of the “Articles of Association”, “the chairman of the company is the legal representative of the company”, the legal representative of the company will be changed from Mr. Zeng Zhibin to Mr. Wu Rui.
