Fisco Japan ·  Apr 25 19:04

Japanese ADR (American Depositary Securities) stocks fell in comparison with the Tokyo Stock Exchange (converted to 1 dollar 155.58 yen), Komatsu <6301>, AGC <5201>, Isuzu <7202>, ANA <9202>, Hishijisho <8802>, Sumitomo Electric <5802>, SECOM <9735>, etc. fell, and overall sales were dominant. The Chicago Nikkei 225 futures settlement price is 37,665 yen, 55 yen higher than the Osaka daytime.

The US stock market declined. The Dow average closed at 38,085.80 dollars, which depreciated 375.12 dollars, and the NASDAQ fell 100.99 points at 15,611.76. It fell after falling close to sales that were concerned about a slowdown in growth due to a slowdown in gross domestic product (GDP) growth for the January-March fiscal year. At the same time, since growth in the price index for the same quarter accelerated more than expected, sales that were disgusted by long-term interest rate increases also strengthened. In high tech, sales that received meta's settlement also became heavy, and the Dow continued to decline as Caterpillar's decline pushed down. There was a soft trend throughout the day, but at the end of the day, the decline narrowed until the end of the game, supported by purchases expecting financial results from major companies, and ended.

The dollar and yen fell to 155 yen 33 yen in the New York foreign exchange market on the 25th, then rose to 155 yen 75 yen, and closed at 155 yen 64 yen. Since growth decelerated more than expected due to preliminary US GDP figures for the fiscal year ending 1-3 months, dollar sales became dominant. At the same time, in addition to the same period prices and the core PCE price index accelerating more than expected, the number of new unemployment insurance claims for the last week also unexpectedly declined from the previous time, and since the strength of the labor market was re-expressed, deferred observations of interest rate cuts intensified, leading to dollar purchases associated with rising long-term interest rates. After rising to 1.0739 dollars, the euro dollar fell to 1.0678 dollars, but closed at 1.0730 dollars.

NY crude oil futures rebounded for the 6 month period (NYMEX crude oil closing price for the 6 month period: 83.57 ↑ 0.76).
