■Company Overview

Meiho Enterprise <8927> is a comprehensive real estate developer centered on the development and sale of investment rental real estate, and supplies over 150 newly built one-building investment rental housing, mainly in the 23 wards of Tokyo. Mainly investing in real estate development for the rental apartment “EL FARO” and the rental apartment “MIJAS,” we are involved in the sale of business land for development. As for the real estate sales business, it is being developed with excellent location conditions within a 10-minute walk from the station, mainly in the Jonan/Josai districts where asset value is difficult to fall. In addition to an attractive design based on the Spanish Mediterranean concept, both series have achieved an average operating rate of about 97% (as of 2024/2) with high-quality equipment and specifications that suppress the latest trends, and both series have achieved an average operating rate of about 97% (as of 2024/2), and are supported as stable investment products effective for asset defense and inheritance tax measures. The company was founded in 1968 and has been providing properties as a developer who is particular about manufacturing. Since 2012, rental condominium development has been the core business, and properties in the rental apartment brand “MIJAS” series have been supplied since 2014, and properties in the “EL FARO” series of newly built one-building investment rental housing series have been supplied mainly in the Jonan/Josai districts where the ground is strong and asset value does not fall easily, and properties that meet customer needs have been provided. In 2022, Kyoei-Gumi, a general construction company with its head office in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, will become a subsidiary, and construction contract business expansion and vertical integration strategies are being promoted.
