Distribution Solutions Group Insider Ups Holding By 38% During Year

Simply Wall St ·  Apr 17 15:51

From what we can see, insiders were net buyers in Distribution Solutions Group, Inc.'s (NASDAQ:DSGR ) during the past 12 months. That is, insiders acquired the stock in greater numbers than they sold it.

While insider transactions are not the most important thing when it comes to long-term investing, logic dictates you should pay some attention to whether insiders are buying or selling shares.

Distribution Solutions Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

In the last twelve months, the biggest single purchase by an insider was when President & CEO of Lawson Products Cesar Lanuza bought US$249k worth of shares at a price of US$25.98 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of US$32.22. Because it occurred at a lower valuation, it doesn't tell us much about whether insiders might find today's price attractive.

Cesar Lanuza bought 9.90k shares over the last 12 months at an average price of US$25.64.
