Zhitong Finance App News, Dazhong International (01957) issued an announcement that the board of directors of the company was notified by MBV Capital Limited (“MBV Capital”), one of the company's controlling shareholders, that on April 15, 2024, MBV Capital sold a total of 31.4 million shares of the company's issued shares at an average price of approximately HK$0.499 per share through cross-trading and on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange trading platform (“Sale Matters”), which is equivalent to 5% of the total number of shares issued by the Company at the date of this announcement.
Following the sale, the number of shares held by MBV Capital decreased from 471 million shares (about 75% of the company's total issued shares) to about 439.6 million shares (about 70% of the company's total issued shares)
As of the date of this announcement, Dato' Tan Meng Seng, Dato' Tan Mein Kwang, and Tan Beng Sen (all executive directors) each owned approximately 33.3% of MBV Capital's issued share capital.
