Jefferies believes that the gross margin and net margin of JD Logistics (02618) is expected to expand.
The Zhitong Finance App learned that Jefferies released a research report saying that JD Logistics (02618) predicts a 10% year-on-year increase in revenue to 40.4 billion yuan in the first fiscal quarter, with gross margin expanding to 6.4%. Non-IFRS (non-IFRS) is expected to record a net profit of about 70 million yuan, with a net profit margin of 0.2%. Jefferies maintains JD Logistics's “buy” rating, with a target price of HK$9.7.
According to the report, JD Logistics's first-quarter results will be in line with market expectations, but higher than Furui's expectations. The bank expects that this year the company will strengthen its integrated supply chain product capabilities in the vertical fields of FMCG, home appliances and furniture, clothing, and automobiles. Through strategies to improve cost efficiency and selectively absorb customers and transportation technology, it is believed that the company's gross margin and net margin are expected to expand.
