Lu Xiaokun resigned as the company's director, deputy general manager, and member of the board's strategy committee due to personal reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or the company's holding subsidiaries. Deputy general managers Zheng Weijin, Ma Zhongjun, and Zhao Shengxiang resigned as deputy general managers of the company due to personal reasons. After resigning, they will no longer hold any positions in the company or the company's holding subsidiaries. Liu Zhaohong, secretary of the board of directors, resigned as secretary of the company's board of directors due to personal reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company or its holding subsidiaries.

According to the relevant provisions of the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules”, before the company appoints a new board secretary, the board of directors appointed Qin Xiaoxin, general manager of the company, to perform the duties of board secretary on his behalf. The company will appoint a new board secretary as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations; with regard to the other deputy general managers mentioned above, the company has designated relevant functional department managers to hand over the work and carry out related management work under the leadership of the general manager.
