As part of its enhanced security posture, CanDeal's security operations team is using Splunk software to investigate, identify and alert against known and unknown threats, including APTs. For advanced security analytics, CanDeal leverages Splunk Enterprise Security's out-of-the-box dashboards, reporting and real-time alerting in its security operations center (SOC). Using Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security, CanDeal has improved threat response times, in some cases neutralizing the threat in as little as 10 minutes. Using the Splunk App for Stream, CanDeal can look at network traffic and wire data across its geographically dispersed data centers, in order to streamline troubleshooting of operational issues.
