On March 27, Gelonghui | Yinsheng Digital Hui (03773.HK) announced that the Group has successfully developed digital marketing business in 2023, thereby promoting the Group's sustainable development. Driven by a significant increase in revenue from the digital marketing business in 2023, revenue for the year was approximately RMB 91.0 million, an increase of approximately 5.0% over the previous year's revenue of approximately RMB 86.7 million. Gross profit increased by approximately 1.8% from approximately RMB 72.5 million in the previous year to approximately RMB 73.8 million in the same year.

In 2023, the Group successively won bids for diversified digital marketing projects including mobile phone bill charging for major state-owned banks and joint stock commercial banks in China. These new winning projects will help maintain the Group's competitiveness in the industry.

At the same time, in order to explore more possibilities in the field of digital equity products, further gather industry resources, and dig deeper into the blue ocean of traffic in the digital equity product sector, the Group actively developed the equity digital marketing service business in 2023 to mitigate the potential risks caused by the Group's heavy reliance on mobile phone bill charging services in the past. The Group's digital marketing business achieved revenue of approximately RMB 5.9 million in 2023, a significant increase compared with revenue of approximately RMB 0.02 million in the same period last year.

Looking ahead to 2024, the company will forge ahead and continuously seek the direction of diversified development, accelerate the upgrading of the Group's business model, and strengthen the company's risk hedging capabilities. In response to current marketing pain points in the banking industry, the Group officially launched the digital intelligent equity product system - Digital Intelligence Master in the second half of 2023. The system aims to connect more upstream brands and downstream consumption scenarios, achieve a win-win situation between upstream and downstream, and provide more value-added services for B-side and C-end customers. At the same time, data mining and analysis are carried out based on user data accumulated by the group itself and external fusion data, and customized products are promoted in a targeted manner with a better understanding of customer interests.

The board of directors of the company hopes to adopt a strategic layout in the field of digitalization and artificial intelligence to push the Group to launch a new round of digital ecosystem value improvement in future development and bring more commercial value to the company's shareholders, business partners and customers.
