During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 1,281 billion yuan, an increase of 22.8% over the previous year. Among them, the SaaS sector focused on the company achieved revenue of 591 million yuan, an increase of 24.6% over the previous year. By the end of the reporting period, the company's cash and cash equivalents were $192 million, an increase of 19.4% over the previous year.

Regarding the company's performance in 2023, Chen Yonghui, chairman of the board of directors of Xuanwuyun, stated in the announcement, “Although 2023 is an extremely challenging and uncertain year, we are dealing with changes in the external market environment this year with a positive attitude and action. During the reporting period, we released innovative products such as multi-modal big models, AIGC applications, DI smart store development, and DMP on the product side, which also enabled us to maintain leading market competitiveness in vertical industries such as big consumption and finance.”

At the same time as the scale of revenue is expanding, the number of Xuanwu Cloud customers is also steadily increasing. The total number of the company's customers during the reporting period was 2,970. What is rare is that the company's total core customer contribution value per capita (ARPU) increased by 25.9% to 3.7 million yuan, and the net revenue retention rate (NDR) of core customers increased to 112.7%. This also means that Xuanwu Cloud's product value has been continuously recognized by more customers, and they are willing to further increase their own budget. It is worth noting that in the SaaS sector it focuses on, the number of the company's customers reached 2,120, an increase of 28.9% over the previous year. At the same time, the per capita contribution value (ARPU) of core SaaS customers reached 2.4 million yuan, an increase of 12.3% over the previous year.

At the technical and product level, Xuanwu Cloud continues to innovate and upgrade in the field of enterprise digital intelligence. During the reporting period, the company released the first multi-modal large-scale model perpendicular to the consumer industry in China, codenamed “Xuantao”, which will help the company further improve the accuracy and generality of AI recognition. Based on this, Xuanwu Cloud further enriches and perfects AIGC product applications for the entire business chain of large consumer terminals around people, goods, and has successively released AIGC applications such as “Display Commander” and “Visit and Summary Assistant”. At the same time, the company also launched DI “Smart Store Development” to help consumer goods enterprises increase the scale and sales volume of terminals;

Furthermore, in the field of smart finance, there is an active layout around the localization replacement of Xinchuang to achieve digital and intelligent marketing upgrades for customers in the financial, government and enterprise industries. During the reporting period, Xuanwuyun's star product, ICC (Integrated Communications Center), has successively completed localization applications with Baoland, Oceanbaes, etc. At this point, ICC has completed the localization adaptation of the entire chain of innovation. At the same time, Marketing Cloud also further focused on financial, government and enterprise solutions in the field of precise marketing, and launched a data management platform (DMP) with the goal of accurate delivery, intelligent management, and increasing conversion rates.

It is worth noting that Xuanwu Cloud is also currently seeking new impetus based on its own advantages and ecology. The announcement shows that on the technical side, Xuanwu Cloud signed a cooperation agreement with HUAWEI CLOUD to create a big model for consumer products; on the channel side, the company's AIoT smart freezers, DI smart store, ICC, LTC and other products have all been sold to the market on the HUAWEI CLOUD ecosystem channel and successfully achieved sales; on the market side, the company has carried out various forms of ecological cooperation with manufacturers such as HUAWEI CLOUD, Tianrunyun, and Gaode Map.
