Gelonghui March 26 | China Resources Vientiane Life (01209.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, annual revenue was RMB 14.77 billion, an increase of 22.9% over the previous year. Among them, revenue from the residential property management services sector was RMB 9.60 billion, up 23.1% year on year; revenue from the commercial operation and property management services sector was RMB 5.17 billion, up 22.6% year on year. Gross profit for the year was RMB 4.69 billion, up 30.0% year over year. Gross margin increased from 30.1% in 2022 to 31.8% in 2023. In 2023, profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 2.93 billion, an increase of 32.8% over the previous year. Profit attributable to core shareholders (net of revalued income from investment properties, amortization of intangible assets-customer relationships, fair value change income of financial liabilities measured at fair value and with changes included in current profit and loss) reached RMB 2.92 billion, an increase of 31.2% over the previous year.
