According to the latest assessment, the Group needs to make an additional provision of about HK$70 million for individual assets. As a result, according to currently available information, the Group is expected to increase its pre-tax loss to approximately HK$160 million for the year ended 31 December 2023, while a profit before tax of approximately HK$19.8 million was achieved compared to the year ended 31 December 2022.
