Recently, Liaoning Sulai New Materials Co., Ltd., the chemical-plastic exchange recycled plastics trading service platform under Zhuoer Zhilian, obtained Global Recycling Standard (GRS) certification, marking that the company has taken another solid step on the path of sustainable development.

GRS (Global Recycled Standard) is an international, voluntary, and comprehensive product standard designed to promote the use of recycled materials and reduce negative impacts on the environment. The certification review includes four aspects: social responsibility, environment, chemicals, product regeneration components, and supply chain requirements. Twelve categories, including PP, PE, ABS, PC, and PS, have been certified by the Plastics Exchange.

Responding positively to the national “double carbon” policy and helping the industry to be green and low-carbon and sustainable, in 2023, Plastics Exchange joined hands with Shuangwei to establish a recycled plastics industry test park integrating R&D, production, sales and service. Adhering to the business goals of “stable supply, stable quality, and standardized service process”, we are committed to building a “whole industry chain+” comprehensive recycling and processing system for plastic PCR renewable resources. The park covers an area of 51 acres and is equipped with 38 special equipment, producing an average of 2,500 tons of recycled plastic pellets and 3,000 tons of sheets per month. The scope of services covers the fields of wood plastic, flower pots, pipes, trays, modified materials, coils, cables, home appliances, auto parts, etc.

In order to promote the recycling of supply chain resources, the two sides have also jointly built a “recycled plastic cloud factory”, which runs through the entire chain process from raw material procurement, standardized production management to platform sales, and transformed “production by production” to “fixed production by sales”. Up to now, the “Recycled Plastics Cloud Factory” has linked more than 100 downstream plastic products companies, and has achieved a total supply of 15,000 tons of raw materials. Based on the “cloud factory” model, Plastics Exchange also plans to establish 5 raw material delivery centers across the country to form a new form of complex manufacturing combining virtual and physical, to provide customers with a better manufacturing experience.

Currently, “strengthening the construction of ecological civilization and promoting green and low-carbon development” has been listed as one of the government's key tasks, and strengthening the control of solid waste, new pollutants, and plastic pollution is a key part of this. Responding positively to the national call and based on industrial development needs, Plastics Exchange will adhere to the concept of green and low-carbon development, actively fulfill social responsibilities, and work with more customers to promote the rapid development of regenerative (PCR) materials in diversified markets.
