During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 541 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.50%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 389.741 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 7.80%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 33.5283 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 17.68%; basic earnings per share were 0.22 yuan/share.

The 2023 profit distribution plan is based on the total share capital of the company on the share registration date as determined by the 2023 Profit Distribution Implementation Notice. A cash dividend of 0.70 yuan (tax included) will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares, no share capital will be transferred, no bonus shares will be distributed, and the remaining undistributed profits will be carried forward to the next year.

The main reason for the change in performance: First, during the public health incident in the first half of 2022, the company provided water treatment services to many quarantine sites, making the company's net profit base large for the same period last year. The company's R&D expenses increased and far higher than the same period last year.
