Gelonghui, March 8, 丨 Bishengyuan (00926.HK) announced that in 2023, the Group's revenue from continuing operations was RMB 543 million, a decrease of 32.2% over the previous year. The total overall loss due to company owners in 2023 was RMB 300 million; basic and diluted losses per share attributable to company owners in 2023 were RMB 2.45. The Board of Directors has resolved not to declare and pay a final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023.

In 2024, the Group will actively embrace market changes and continue to promote Bishengyuan brand building and rejuvenation. Use multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and influence. Including social media marketing, content marketing, etc., the focus is on using communication methods such as elevator media to increase the visibility and appeal of the brand. The Group will continue to promote product innovation and enhance the consumer experience, increase investment in R&D, and develop new products or improve existing products according to market demand and consumer feedback. The Group will optimize the online shopping experience, customer service, after-sales support, etc.

The Group will use the flexibility and advantages of new business partners, consolidate the basic position of offline business, strengthen in-depth strategic cooperation and services with commercial companies, NKA and LKA, focus on developing the top 100 national chains, carry out various forms of marketing activities and store staff training, and continuously improve terminal delivery rates and turnover rates. Improve the quality and efficiency of e-commerce business, reduce operating costs and logistics costs, and continuously improve the business model with profit as the core goal.

The Group will continue to explore and develop new e-commerce models such as O2O business, B2C business, live streaming, short video, and interest e-commerce to adapt to changes in consumer purchasing scenarios.
