The company achieved operating income of 1,806 billion yuan, a decrease of 4.04% compared with the same period last year; realized net profit attributable to owners of the parent company of 115 million yuan, a decrease of 48.16% compared with the same period last year; realized net profit attributable to owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring profit and loss of 107 million yuan, a decrease of 49.78% compared with the same period last year.

During the reporting period, product sales increased 0.35% over the same period of the previous year. Among them, sales in the pharmaceutical and new chemical materials sector increased by 7.22% and 14.31%, respectively, and sales in the basic chemicals sector decreased by 3.46% compared to the same period of the previous year; changes in the company's business structure led to a decline in gross margin, and revenue from processing businesses with relatively high gross margins decreased by 15.46% compared to the same period of the previous year, lowering the overall gross margin level.

At the end of 2022, due to external factors, logistics delays, etc., the company's bedding turnover rate declined, and the initial balance unit price of precious metal raw materials was high due to the large amount of bedding, while the market prices of precious metal raw materials palladium and rhodium remained in a downward channel during the reporting period, leading to a decline in the gross margin of the company's sales business. The proportion of sales revenue in the main business revenue was 91.78%, leading to a decline in the company's overall gross margin level.
