Currently, the company has received: China Interbank Market Dealers Association's “Notice of Acceptance of Registration” (2024) SCP49) and decided to accept the registration of our ultra-short-term financing notes. The relevant matters are as follows: The registration amount of the company's ultra-short-term financing notes is 3.5 billion yuan, and the registration amount is valid for 2 years from the date of payment of the notice. It is jointly underwritten by Bank of Shanghai Co., Ltd., Bank of Ningbo Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., and Bank of China Co., Ltd. The company can issue ultra-short-term financing notes in installments during the registration period. After the issuance is completed, the issuance results shall be disclosed through channels approved by the Dealers Association.
