Gelonghui, Feb. 6 | Edwin Group (09919.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023 (“FY2023”), the Group is expected to record revenue of over RMB 960 million in fiscal year 2023, an increase of about 38.2% over revenue of RMB 694.8 million for the year ended December 31, 2022 (“FY2022”); while net profit for fiscal year 2023 is expected to exceed RMB 110 million, a sharp increase of about 290.0% over the net profit of RMB 28.2 million in fiscal year.
The Board of Directors believes that the expected increase in revenue and net profit is mainly due to (i) the Group's experiential marketing business experienced significant growth in FY2023, benefiting from the gradual recovery of the Chinese economy; (ii) the Group's online and offline integrated marketing services enhanced customer brand value and are increasing demand for such marketing strategies; and (iii) as a market leader in the industry, the Group successfully grasped the marketing needs of high-end brands in mainland China and Hong Kong, further boosting the Group's overall business.
