Gelonghui, Feb. 5, 丨 Zhongkang Holdings (02361.HK) announced that on February 5, 2024, the group's subsidiary Zhongkang Information (as the transferee) and Foshan Heheng (as the transferee) signed a share transfer agreement and partnership property share transfer agreement for a package acquisition of 50.6% of Zhonghui Medical (as the target company). The acquisition price was RMB 12.238,900. Once the acquisition is completed, the target company will become an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
The target company (i.e. Guangzhou Zhonghui Medical Technology Co., Ltd.) is a limited company registered in China. It was founded on December 28, 2021, and is a national technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in Guangdong Province in May 2023. The target company is mainly engaged in Internet medical services in the field of oncology, providing MDT collaboration software for oncologists based on evidence-based medicine and standardized diagnosis, providing graphic and video MDT services for patients, and providing professional content for patients and doctors. At the same time, the target company has set up a specialized research database to statistically analyze MDT data and discover data value.
