Gelonghui, January 31 | Feikai Materials (300398.SZ) announced its 2023 annual results forecast. Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies during the reporting period was 19,55574 million yuan - 26,074331 million yuan, a decrease of 40%-55% compared with the same period of the previous year; net profit profit after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 1326.386 million yuan - 197.244 million yuan, a decrease of 54.36%-69.40% compared with the same period last year.

The company's net profit declined sharply in 2023, mainly due to the following factors: First, the company's main business was affected by industry cycle fluctuations and poor downstream demand, and the company's operating income for UV curing materials and screen display materials declined year-on-year; due to market changes, demand for a single product in the company's pharmaceutical intermediates business plummeted, leading to a sharp decline in revenue and profit; semiconductor materials revenue increased slightly, but the impact on the company's overall revenue and profit was limited. Second, during the reporting period, the company introduced new products into the market. Since this product is still in the market development period, the capacity utilization rate of related production lines was poor, resulting in a large increase in losses over the reporting period. At the same time, R&D and production support facilities invested and built by the company were also put into use during the reporting period, which led to a considerable increase in depreciation expenses during the reporting period. Furthermore, due to the poor operation of a single customer, the company accrued corresponding credit impairment losses for this customer in this issue.

According to the company's preliminary estimates, it is estimated that the impact of non-recurring profit and loss on net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies during the reporting period is approximately RMB 62,918,700, mainly government subsidies received by the company, cash management income from idle funds raised, and equity income from disposal of subsidiaries.
