Gelonghui, January 25 | Tianmai Technology (300807.SZ) announced its 2023 annual results forecast. The net profit loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies during the reporting period was 40 million yuan to 55 million yuan, with a loss of 8.51 million yuan for the same period last year; net profit loss after deducting non-recurring profit and loss of 45 million yuan to 60 million yuan, and a loss of 20.89 million yuan for the same period last year.

In recent years, due to various factors, public travel habits have profoundly changed. Urban bus and tram passenger traffic has declined drastically. Coupled with the general adoption of fiscal austerity measures by local governments, it is generally difficult for urban bus and tram companies to operate. The severe situation in the public transportation industry has had a great impact on the development of the company's current main business. The scale of the company's operating income in 2023 declined, resulting in a large net profit loss.

The impact of non-recurring profit and loss on net profit during the reporting period was approximately 5 million yuan, mainly government subsidy income and investment income included in profit and loss. The amount of non-recurring profit and loss in 2022 was approximately RMB 12.38 million.

Facing the unfavorable situation of the company's performance, the company is also stepping up measures to increase R&D and marketing efforts for commercial vehicle smart cockpits, new energy charging and other products to expand the company's new business development direction, inject new impetus into the company's development, and promote the company's strategic transformation.
